First post 12-30-08

Well, here goes nothing. My 17-year-old daughter is a self-injurer and has been on and off for years. She has started after three years and since I am unable to find any help resources online, I thought that I would start a blog. If nothing else, it may help me get my feelings out and stop keeping them pent up.
